NAME OF PROJECT: NCDC CITY HALL STAGE 2 DEVELOPMENT

DESCRIPTION:

Tulait Consulting Architects was commissioned to provide architectural design and documentatiion services for a new NCDC City hall stage 2 development, inclusive of full office fitout design works.

Said new building was developed on the existing (old) city hall prescinct, and consists of 4 levels of offices including large entertainment / function level on 3rd floor.

The proposed building structure consists of reinforced concrete and steel framed structure with aluminium framed tinted windows. All floors are designed to maximise lettable office space and this development (in conjunction with the recently completed City hall stage 1) currently houses all NCDC functions and departments including Moresby South, North East and West district offices and the Motu Koita Council offices.

Construction works were completed in late 2018.
